Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Biggleswade
What is your role?
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, engaging with our customers using telephone, web chats, mail, and social media.
You will be handling all incoming calls about services, orders, complaints, requests for quotations, and questions on invoices.
Building strong relations with the customer by really understanding their needs and future plans.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Proactive ‘commercial’ sales by phone creating leads to be followed up by the account manager.
* Working with the Account Manager and other departments within the Kramp group.
* Helping customers to use our facilities the right way (webshop).
* Conducting all admin tasks, quotations, order/return processing, maintaining discounts/prices, creating reports, etc.
* Building value-focused relationships with customers.

Who are you?
For this job, we have a couple of requirements:
* Outbound calling sales experience.
* Good knowledge of MS Office and affinity with other software programs.
* Outstanding communication skills, written and spoken.
* Solution-oriented, efficient, and ability to work independently.
