Pertemps are working with a credible client who are looking to add to their HR team. This role will support with a wide range of HR related activities to support the employee experience whilst also ensuring compliance. Role Responsibilities:
1. Be the first point of contact for HR queries, face to face, e-mail and telephone.
2. Providing timely and accurate advice to support managers with any people related concerns or opportunities.
3. Managing casework for employee relations, i.e flexible working requests, investigations etc.
4. Manging sickness absence and all administration related to the case.
5. Support with starters and leavers process.
6. Analysis of HR processes, provide and implement improvements.
7. Supporting internal and external audits.
8. Weekly and monthly HR reports.
9. Support the HR Advisor/ HR Business partner with ad hoc duties.
10. Maintaining all data in SAP, filing, letter writing and any other administration tasks.
11. Any other duties that are asked.
Candidate Requirements:
12. Previous experience in a HR role.
13. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written skills.
14. IT Knowledge (SAP ideally and an understanding of HR systems).
15. Strong attention to detail.
16. Multitasking skills.
17. Ability to work under pressure.
18. Ability to manage change.
