Department: Digital Health and Care Northern Ireland (DHCNI) About the Role: DHCNI is seeking a Business Support Officer to support the HSC Data Institute (HSCDI) in delivering the Northern Ireland Public Data Panel (NIPDP). This role involves working with key partners, including universities and government bodies, to ensure the effective delivery of digital health initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Provide operational project management support for NIPDP. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, training materials, and documentation Coordinate NIPDP meetings and events, ensuring effective communication across stakeholders. Develop training materials for NIPDP members and support ongoing project delivery. Manage information governance-related documentation to ensure compliance. Essential Criteria: A degree or professional qualification with at least 2 years management experience, OR 5 years experience in a multi-disciplinary environment, 2 of which should be at management level. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access). Experience in project planning, partnership working, and report production. Desirable Criteria: Experience with public engagement and working in project management environments. Understanding of data-driven decision-making and communication strategies. Why Apply?
