The Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for achieving growth and hitting the sales targets by successfully managing a Sales team. The role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Prepare sales forecasts and reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Requirements
Be an enthusiastic and driven sales professional with team leader experience
Be able to understand wider strategic business objectives and have successful experience working with accounts.
Possess a deep understanding and proficiency in value-based selling techniques and have knowledge and usage of sales systems.
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with the ability to adapt approach to suit the audience and circumstances.
