Our client, a leading tech company is seeking an IT Support Advisor to join their operation based in Exeter. The successful candidate will work in a supportive Technical Support environment.
Helpdesk Support Advisor responsibilities include: -
* Provide 1st line support across multiple sites and users across UK & Europe
* Resolve all service and user requests end to end
* Ensure all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction and expectation
* Maintain and build customer relationships
Helpdesk Support Advisor requirements include: -
* At least 1 year’s 1st/2nd line helpdesk support experience would be desirable but candidates with a relevant qualification looking to start their career will also be considered
* Good communication skills
* Works well under pressure in a busy environment
* IT Literate
* Happy to work on a shift rota pattern (7am to 3pm | 9am to 5pm | 1pm to 9pm)
