Education and Training
£20 - £30 Per hour
Responsibilities:
* Providing one-on-one educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Developing and implementing individualised learning plans based on students' needs
* Assessing students' progress and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly
* Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure students' academic success
* Keeping detailed records of student progress and achievements
Minimum Requirements:
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Relevant teaching qualification or equivalent experience
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Knowledge of SEN educational strategies and interventions
Desired Skills:
* Strong understanding of SEN support principles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet individual student needs
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Additional qualifications in Special Education or related field
* Experience in creating and delivering SEN-focused lesson plans
Working Conditions:
* Work primarily in a learner's home setting
* May require travel to different locations within the East of England
* Full-time hours with occasional evening or weekend work
