You will have the control and management of the payroll department and responsibility for co-ordinating the salary review process. Day to day your duties as Lead will entail:
* Management of a payroll team of 5
* Processing payrolls monthly.
* Manage the payroll systems.
* Check expenses, labour invoices, rates and timesheets.
* Administer payroll changes, leavers, new starters and salary reviews.
* Conduct budgetary and standard cost reporting.
* Depict labour and department budgets.
* Provide monthly reporting and analysis.
* Support and liaise with senior management.
