Your new role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will manage customer enquiries and resolve issues from the beginning of the case to the end, ensuring a seamless and first-class experience for customers. This is a permanent position offering a salary of £27,000 per annum with hybrid working available after training.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Proven experience in customer service or case/complaint management
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in addition to problem-solving skills
3. A proactive and positive attitude towards customer interactions
What you'll get in return
1. £27,000 per annum, increasing to £29,000 after training
