Are you an experienced pharmacist looking for a dynamic and rewarding opportunity? This Hospital on the beautiful Isle of Man is seeking a highly skilled Rotational Pharmacist to join our clinical pharmacy team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a diverse hospital setting, with a varied role encompassing ward-based clinical pharmacy, dispensary, homecare, aseptics, and SACT passport duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert pharmaceutical care on the wards, offering clinical support to medical and nursing teams.
* Work in the dispensary, ensuring accurate preparation and dispensing of medications.
* Deliver homecare services to patients, ensuring safe and effective use of medication at home.
* Participate in aseptic services, ensuring compliance with sterile product preparation standards.
* Oversee and manage the SACT (Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy) passport program, supporting cancer patients.
Special Requirements:
* GPhC Registered Pharmacist with significant hospital experience.
* Strong clinical background in ward-based pharmacy, dispensary work, homecare services, aseptic techniques, and SACT passport management.
