They are currently seeking a meticulous and driven Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team in Chessington. Key Responsibilities:
7. Process sales orders and manage deliveries from the warehouse to customers to ensure a seamless process.
8. Handle shipping documentation and invoices.
9. Maintain spreadsheets for stock levels and forecasted sales.
10. Issue official quotations for products.
11. Liaise and negotiate with customers and factories regarding orders, sales, rescheduling, and pricing.
The Person:
12. Previous sales administration experience essential.
13. Knowledge of the SAGE CRM system is highly desirable.
14. Experience with overseas export shipping preferred.
15. Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities
