The Payroll Co-ordinator reporting to Head of HR & Payroll shall have the responsibility for the daily processing and administration of Payroll for all company related Payroll functions.
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Input of employee timesheets for all group companies
2. Processing all Payroll duties to creation of BACS files for payment
3. Actioning required changes and updates to Employee Tax Coding as per instruction from HMRC
4. Processing Car allowances through payroll to relevant employees.
5. Sending electronic email payslips to relevant employees
6. Processing employee information to create Payroll Records and maintenance of all such records in regard to change of information
7. Processing all leavers ensuring any relevant final payments or deductions are actioned followed by issue of P45
8. Processing, maintaining and reporting on all company BIK payments
9. Actioning any deduction from earnings attachments ensuring timeous and accurate deductions are made from employee wage payments Administration of any written communication to bodies requesting deductions from earnings from employees
