Brook Street UK Ltd are seeking a Clerical Officer to join our team in Belfast City Centre for a housing client. This is a full-time position, offering a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful work in the housing sector.
Position Details
Location: Belfast City Centre
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: £11.98 p/h
Key Responsibilities
Answering and managing incoming calls from tenants and prospective clients.
Providing clerical support including data entry, filing, and document management.
Assisting with the processing of housing applications and inquiries.
Maintaining accurate records and databases related to tenant information.
Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.Requirements
At least one year of telephone or clerical experience.
A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A to C, including English and Mathematics.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Benefits
