We at IKEA Sheffield are looking to welcome you to join our fantastic Customer Services team as a Customer Relations Co-worker.

WHAT WE OFFER
£12.00 basic hourly rate
Living Wage Foundation Employe
12hr working evenings, weekends or weekend only.
16 hours working 4 days over 7 this will be a combination of dayshifts, evenings and weekends (both weekend days)
All our part time contracts will receive every 4th weekend off ( with the exception of weekend only contracts)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
This role is varied with no two days being the same; one minute you could be on checkouts and the next minute, you could be meeting and greeting our customers, managing a queue or assisting customers. This is a physically demanding role.
You aim to create a positive experience for our customers, so they will want to return and shop with us again over time.
Build loyalty by listening to our customers & using your knowledge of IKEA product range offer informed solutions.
You work together with colleagues in other functions to improve the customer experience.
Provide an efficient and accurate checkout experience in the store while working with daily and weekly service targets to drive service delivery.
