Role: Groundworkers Gangers and Supervisors
Rate: £18 per hour (Umbrella Rate)
Location: Chaldford (GL6)
Type: Long Term Temp
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage groundworks teams on-site
* Ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard
* Maintain health and safety standards at all times
* Coordinate tasks and manage daily site activities
Requirements:
* Proven experience in groundworks, preferably in a supervisory role
* Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* A hard-working attitude and a commitment to quality
