We are seeking three Senior Site Managers, to join our Control Period 7 (CP7) enhancements portfolio in the Wales & Western region to deliver several new stations located in West Devon, Somerset and Gloucestershire alongside a series of Access for All (AfA) projects spread across the region between 2024 and 2029.

* Ensuring you live the Octavius values and hold the Site / Project team to account to live by the same values.
* Manage the contract and agreed contract programme.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, company policies and procedures including the Octavius and customers' Governance process.
* Firmly adopting and embracing the principle that all of your people should go home safe, every day.
* Meeting teams and providing guidance and advice on correct processes both on and off site ensuring that we only employ processes that add value to your customers and people.
* Understanding of the project's financial position through regular and robust reviews with the commercial team of CVCs and Cost Plans.

About you…. (what you are skilled at your experience and qualifications)
* Good all-round rail, CDM and engineering knowledge with relevant experience in suitable disciplines, such as Temporary works, Civils, M&E, Geotechnical and/or rail disciplines like permanent way, signaling, telecoms and E&P.
* Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills, with an ability to manage actions simultaneously without compromising on standards and quality.
* Experienced at working with a tier one contracting group on Rail infrastructure projects to include station redevelopments, new builds or Access for All schemes.
* Experience of personal responsibility in managing projects up to £15 million.
* SMSTS competent.
* Correct CSCS card.
* PTS and other identified training.
* Good level of IT skills.
* Good level of programming and Conditions of contract (NEC, ICE, etc) knowledge.
