Key Responsibilities:Assisting with Estimates and Maintenance Works
* Sending estimates, following and liaising with customer
* Scheduling accepted work and ordering equipment
* Send maintenance reminders and renewal invoices
* Schedule maintenance and new client surveys
Administration and Office Management
* Perform scanning, post, and general administration tasks
* Answer all incoming enquiries and meet and greet visitors.
* Manage office supplies and maintain office tidiness
* Prepare for training days
* Support departments as needed
Ideal Candidate:
* Prior administration experience
* Strong ability to connect with customers and nurture relationships
* Confident communication skills
* Organised and accurate
