Job Opportunity:
An opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Technician with good experience working across a range of Commercial Clients in the Swansea and surrounding area.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Weekly fire alarm testing.
2. Monthly flick test on emergency lights.
3. Visual inspections of fire extinguishers.
4. Visual inspection on fire doors and exits.
5. Water temperature testing.
6. Weekly flushing of water systems.
7. General housekeeping inspections.
Minimum Requirements:
The successful individual will need experience in building compliance to conduct weekly/monthly tests on fire alarms, emergency lighting, visual inspections of fire doors, extinguishers, water temperature sampling, meter readings, barrier/gates checks, and general housekeeping checks. All inspections must be documented, so attention to detail is essential, along with good record keeping. Good IT skills are necessary as all works are carried out via our field service management system.
Annual Salary:
£30,000-£32,000 (Depending on experience)
