JOB ROLE
AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Establish and continually improve the Master Data function’s requirements.
2. Develop an accurate and reliable set of processes and requirements which encompass all master data and interrelated activities.
3. Create a set of toolkits which will aid in the delivery of the processes and ensure the wider teams have visibility throughout.
4. Train, empower and guide the team to ensure that they are competent and can provide the expert delivery expected.
5. Manage the coordination and ownership of master data activities across separate departments. Liaising with the Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics and Procurement functions throughout the process.
6. Update the critical business master data tracker weekly, to ensure all stakeholders have access to an accurate and reliable source of tracking throughout the processes.
7. Develop a set of KPIs and SLAs that can be established and enforced within the master data team.
8. Reporting within Power BI, tracking within Excel and process delivery utilising the Form, Planner, Automate and Teams functions.
9. Lead the business in respect to master data on projects relating to data migration or systems which impact master data delivery.
10. Act as the main point of contact for any critical master data queries or issues to ensure they are dealt with effectively and efficiency by the correct stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
11. Proficient in the full MS Office Suite
12. Advanced Excel and Power BI
13. Detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive
14. Organised and Versatile
15. Knowledge of Arena PLM, GS1, SAP, MAD and MDG
16. Solid understanding and experience managing a QMS
17. Experience of tracking and analysing data
Desirable:
18. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
19. Lead Internal Auditing experience
20. Awareness of ISO 9001, RoHS or REACH
