Position SummaryThe Senior Brand Manager will be a key player in developing and executing brand strategies for the Cotswolds Whisky portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with a good understanding and familiarity with the premium spirits industry, particularly whisky, and a proven track record in brand management. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, innovative, and ready to take on the challenge of building a leading English Whisky Business. Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy Development: Lead the creation and implementation of brand strategies that align with the company’s vision and market trends, ensuring the Whisky portfolio stands out in the marketplace.Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market research and analysis to identify opportunities, track competitor activity, and understand consumer preferences within the whisky sector.“English for Whisky” Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, via our third party distributor in the UK and key International markets, ensuring consistent and impactful brand messaging.Product Innovation: Execute new product development strategy, including packaging refreshes and new product launches, ensuring all products align with brand values and market demand.Brand Equity Management: Monitor and manage brand health metrics, ensuring consistent and strong brand positioning across all consumer touchpoints.Budget Management: Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximise return on investment.Team Leadership: Mentor and help to lead a team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance.Agency and Partner Management: Coordinate with external agencies, distributors, and retail partners to deliver creative and effective marketing solutions.Performance Measurement: Set KPIs and track the performance of brand initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management, and making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
