Job Overview The Sales Director leads the Advanced SciTech global sales team, aligning sales support and operational efforts to drive growth, while playing a pivotal role in strategic planning for segment prioritization, product development, and go-to-market initiatives. Responsibilities Develop and Implement Sales Strategies : Design and execute effective sales models and prioritize key segments to drive revenue Lead and Achieve Sales Targets : Direct a team of 5-7 members, setting and achieving sales goals Monitor Performance Metrics and Optimize CRM : Analyze metrics to drive improvements; ensure CRM accuracy and leverage insights Coach Sales Team and Foster Key Skills: Guide team on account development, winning strategies, executive relationship building, and customer interactions Conduct pre-call and post-call reviews, role-play customer scenarios, and lead customer calls to model sales techniques Cultivate Strategic Customer Relationships : Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in major accounts to drive sales success Shape Product Launches and Training : Collaborate on new product launches, ensuring team readiness and input on product design and support initiatives Forecasting and Reporting : Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts, providing feedback and analytical insights to remote leadership Collaborate Across Departments for Brand Alignment : Work with marketing, research, and leadership to maintain brand consistency and align on strategies Work with Industry Analysts : Collaborate to advance offerings, capabilities, and market presence Manage and Develop Team Members Oversee performance evaluations, career development, training, and resource management. Address skill gaps, promote team development, resolve performance issues, and recognize achievements Requirements Proven Sales Leadership Experience : Demonstrated success in a solution-oriented sales model focused on intellectual property and expertise, with experience in annuity product sales preferred.
