Job Title: Talent Advisor Reports to: Head of Talent Acquisition
Full time 35 hours per week on a FTC for 12 months
Based: Hybrid between Burntwood head office and home
You will deliver a professional, solution-focused recruitment service as a Talent Advisor as part of a wider recruitment team. You will have responsibility for the attraction and recruitment of high-quality candidates for a selection of centres. Support and administer the recruitment and selection process from vacancy launch to offer stage
Proactively source candidates, job boards and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
Develop, maintain, and manage the talent pool in the ATS
Ensure recruitment activities received via email, phone or the ATS are prioritised, and deadlines are met according to SLAs
Provide advice and support to Centre Directors in line with recruitment policies and procedure
Maintain a relationship with recruitment agencies and ensure fees are paid promptly
Proven end-to-end recruitment skills.
Skillful use of Applicant Tracking Systems.
Promotion of employer brand and crafting compelling job descriptions.
