CHEF DE PARTIE JOB DESCRIPTION
* TO BE ABLE TO TAKE DIRECTION FROM THE HEAD CHEF, AND MANAGEMENT ASSISTING AND COOKING IN THE HOT KITCHEN AND ENSURING DAILY ORDERS AND TARGETS ARE MET.
* TO ENSURE TEAM TARGETS ARE MET FOR EACH DAY PREPARING AIRLINE AND OTHER MEALS
* FOOD PREPERATION OT THE HIGHEST QUALITY IN PRESENTATION
* TO ACTIVELY CONTRIBUTE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF MENUS
* TO COMPLY WITH ALL FOOD HEALTH AND SAFERY REGULATIONS.
* FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED IN EVERY ASPECT OF PRODUCTION AND COOKING.
CHEF DE PARTIE PERSON SPECIFICATION
* EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
* ABILITY TO WORK WELL IN A TEAM
* FLAIR, IMAGINATION AND ENTHUSIASM ESSENTIAL
* MINIMUM OF TWO YEARS EXPERIENCE IN FOOD PREPARATION AND COLD KITCHEN IN AN ENVIRONMENT PRODUCING HIGH VOLUMES OF MEALS
* QUALIFICATION TO 601/602 OR NVQ
* FOOD HYGIENE QUALIFICATIONS
