Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy Development:
o Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market share in the oil and gas sector.
* Customer Relationship Management:
o Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
* Negotiation and Closing Deals:
o Leverage exceptional negotiation skills to close deals with oil and gas operators and service companies, resulting in increased revenue and market penetration.
* Market Research and Analysis:
o Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activity, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
* Team Leadership:
o Lead and manage a small team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure they meet their performance targets.
* Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Requirements:
* Proven Track Record:
o A minimum of 5-10 years of field sales experience in the oil and gas sector, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Leadership Experience:

* Industry Knowledge:
o A solid understanding of the oil and gas industry, particularly drilling operations, including PDC drill bits and related products.
* Skill Set:
o Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
* Travel Requirements:
o A willingness to travel extensively throughout Europe and Africa, with some overnight stays possible.
