The Operations team ensure the smoothrunning of holiday operations through detailed coordination anddirect communication with suppliers and customers deliveringexceptional service. Handling all aspects of customer communicationfrom booking to return managing queries and resolving operationalissues. Working within a unified team they manage holidayarrangements as booked resolve problems with suppliers and maintainaccurate records. With a focus on effective teamworking theycontribute to maintaining supplier relationships providing expertadvice on complex queries and ensuring the efficient operation ofour holiday services.
We are seeking a proactiveand experienced Operations Manager to lead our operations team for12 months. The successful candidate will focus on people managementteam engagement driving efficiencies performance management andcontinuous improvement. This role requires a strategic thinker whocan foster a positive work environment while ensuring operationalexcellence.
This role includes out of hours phonecoverage on a rotational basis and rotational Saturday working(approx. 1 in 4).
