Reporting into the Bournville Logistics Fleet Manager, the primary focus of the role is to deliver powered industrial vehicle training, in accordance with accredited bodies such as ITSSAR/RTITB to the core manufacturing, logistics and subcontractor teams on site. It is expected that you will have a confident communication and presentation style, possess current or past instructor training from a recognised body such as ITSSAR or RTITB and be comfortable working within a manufacturing environment. Secondary responsibilities include the management of the PIV Suppliers software package (Creating user profiles, managing access to PIVs and updating license/medical dates etc.) and the creation of presentations and PIV related SOPs. Therefore, you should be competent in the use of Microsoft Office. How you will contribute You will: Manage PIV training for the Bournville site, adhering to the Mondelez 3yr training cycle Manage all associated admin for the department. Uploading training papers to the SharePoint, ensuring 5 years records are maintained. Supplier software account management etc. Create truck specific SOPs, ensuring they are maintained and current. Ensuring any updates are rolled out effectively to the impacted users. Ensure course space is fully utilised, any no shows are flagged and reported. Ensure contractor training invoicing/cross charge requirements are recorded and communicated. Host PIV BOS Safety presentations and have regular BOS conversations. Support PIV safety incident investigations where required. Truck Damage monitoring, investigation and out of contract cost approvals. Regular Truck/Charger area GEMBA walks. Reporting any damage via proper channels. Monthly Supplier Service review attendance and contribution. Monthly Section review attendance and contribution. Support VS1 vehicle standards Monthly data audits (Sample checks of user profiles/dates/record keeping to ensure compliance) What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Relevant work experience supporting manufacturing/Logistics/Transport or warehousing. Computer proficiency (MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Confident communication & presentation style (verbal/written). Problem solving & Root cause analysis skills. Attention to detail, and ability to handle reasonable amounts of data, while following local compliance guidlines.
