Job Type: Permanent £75,000 - £85,000 pa depending on experience

Our Watford area based client, a reputable firm, is seeking an experienced Company Secretarial Manager to join their team in Watford. This role offers excellent flexibility for hybrid working arrangements.
About the Role As a Company Secretarial Manager, you will:
* Advise on company secretarial matters.
* Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure smooth department operations.
* Oversee statutory registers and ensure compliance.
* Collaborate on SEIS and EIS applications.
* Handle complex corporate actions and filings.
* Assist with amendments to articles of association and filings.
* Prepare dividend paperwork and basic forms.
* Ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
* Collaborate on client onboarding and KYC reviews.
* Build relationships with stakeholders.
The ideal Company Secretarial Manager candidate will have:
* Strong technical expertise in a company secretarial role.
* Experience in a similar role within a professional services firm ideally legal or accountancy arena
* ICSA Fellow or equivalent qualification.
* Good understanding of company secretarial administration and the Companies Act 2006.
* Excellent compliance knowledge around client onboarding, AML, and KYC.
* Proficiency in relevant software and advanced Excel skills.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Commercial mindset with flexibility and professionalism.
