To support their growth, they are seeking a commercially minded HR Manager to lead and enhance their HR function. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to shape the people strategy in a growing organization.
The Role:
As HR Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to
1. Strategically Lead HR: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business's growth plans and participate in monthly leadership meetings to drive people-focused decisions.
2. Deliver Operational HR Excellence: Manage day-to-day HR responsibilities, including handling employee relations cases and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
3. Focus on Learning & Development: Address L&D gaps, upskill managers, and introduce structured training program...
