1. Able to work as part of a team
2. Able to provide personal care
3. Good communication skills
4. Participate where necessary in social activities, outings/holidays with people using the service
5. Support with household tasks, including cooking, cleaning, washing and ironing
6. Maintain confidentiality, honesty and reliability
7. Non-discriminatory and respect for cultural and religious heritage of all people
8. Able to work flexible hours
