The ideal Social Media Manager is in an agency setting already and is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various organic social media platforms for b2b and b2c clients in a variety of start up sectors. We need a passionate go-getter for social media and of course - all things - TikTok for a really innovative agency, What you will do: Develop and implement TikTok strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for clients. Create and manage TikTok content calendars and manage influencers and campaigns. Stay ahead of TikTok trends, including viral content, audio, challenges, and platform updates, to keep clients’ content fresh and relevant. Monitor and report on TikTok performance metrics Assist with broader social media campaigns, contributing to strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc Collaborate with the designers and copywriters in the agency to ensure all content aligns with client branding and objectives. What we need: Proven experience managing TikTok accounts for brands or clients with a strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and audience behaviours. Proficiency in using social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or TikTok’s native analytics). Creative flair for storytelling and content creation Experience in engaging with and managing online communities.
