Join us at GXO Logistics as we seek a talented Logistics Manager to drive our Morrisons equipment management site in Stockton forward. This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for an experienced operational leader who can make a real impact on our business.
You will be responsible for coordinating the operation, ensuring all resources are managed effectively to deliver exceptional customer service levels and KPIs within budgeted costs. You will work closely with the customer and wider on-site operational teams to build a strong working relationship.
To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience as an Operations Manager or similar level role in a large, fast-paced logistics environment. You will be able to lead, develop, and mentor a large, diverse operational team, recognising talent and inspiring them to success. You will also be enthusiastic, driven, and have a 'can-do' attitude, with strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Office packages (such as Word or Excel).
