About The Role
We are looking for a Branch Administrator who as part of your role will support the branch by contributing to the financial performance.
Main duties include:
1. Ensure all proof of delivery (POD) notes are accounted for
2. Ensure missing notes and POD’s are investigated and replacements obtained if required
3. Balance branch till daily ensuring everything is accurate and up to date
4. Complete branch banking books and ensure monies are banked daily
5. Forwarding till reports to Head Office and update banking template
6. Allocate pay later notes
7. Monitor unpaid cash sale reports, escalating any discrepancies or queries
8. Ensuring any unpaid or outstanding amounts are collected in a timely manor
9. Running the weekly account statements and ensure these are up to date
10. Ensuring staff accounts are up to date
11. Monitor and analyse the age debt report
12. Allocate customer payments whilst ensuring monies are banked daily
13. Updating customer notes with detail as and when required
14. Monitor and review customer credit limits
15. Dealing with general customer queries either face to face or over the telephone
Working hours:
(average) hours Monday to Friday
As a Branch Administrator, you will have experience in telesales and/or customer service, ideally gained in a fast-paced sales-driven environment.
