A well-established, leading provider of permanent and temporary building and warehousing structures is looking for a tenacious and driven Sales Manager that loves to convert leads to orders! Along with a base salary of up to £50,000 per annum, you will also receive a fantastic range of benefits plus a generous bonus structure.
Covering the South West, you will play a pivotal role in the Company's growth by managing all sales within the region. This role is a blend of Business Development and Key Account Management, with the bias towards BD, developing and converting your own leads as well as converting those provided by the marketing team.
Responsibilities:
1. Delivering on targets based on square meterage and revenue within the South West region.
2. Researching prospects in line with the strategy set out by Sales Director.
3. Identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, taking a pro-active approach to seeking potential customers.
4. Building relationships with new and existing clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
5. Understanding client needs & site requirements to recommend solutions including site surveys.
6. Creating quotes and proposals to achieve appropriate revenue & margin.
7. Achieving against targets, including maintaining a product mix of both hire and purchase.
8. Recommending profit and service improvements.
9. Providing final requirements pack (inc. project details, signed PO and T&C's) to other teams (Finance & Operations) to enable project delivery.
10. Monitoring client accounts and identifying opportunities to assist clients with new projects and needs.
11. Visiting current clients to maintain excellent relationships, review current requirements are in line with their contract and look for opportunities to offer maintenance or up-sell.
12. Attending networking events and/or trade shows to promote the company.
