We are looking for an accomplished and innovative Head of Sales and Events Manager to take charge of our Events Business.This is a unique role where you will have complete freedom to shape the business in your own image but will be 100% results driven. Key Responsibilities of the Head of Sales and Events
* Lead proactive sales initiatives for all events
* Develop and grow our paid membership scheme
* Manage every event from start to finish
* Oversee all social media communication
* Work closely with the founders to grow the business
Key Attributesof the Head of Sales and Events
* Sales and commission driven
* Initially work on your own with a view to bring on a develop a sales/events team
* Work from home with weekly meetings in central London
* Significant experience in sales and events. Our events are for Property individuals but property experience is not required.
* Strong understanding of event strategy, lead generation, and relationship-building
* Hands-on approach with a passion for premium customer experiences
* Exceptional organisational and communication skills
