Job Description
3. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
4. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
5. Analyse and report product malfunctions
6. Update internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
7. Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
8. Inform customers about new features and functionalities
9. Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
10. Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
11. A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
12. Experience in a customer support role
13. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
14. Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
