* ADP iHCM payroll, ADP Workforce Manager timekeeping, or other ADP payroll software.
* Full Time Office
* Project experience – system implementations, upgrades, etc.
* Volumes up to 1500 across multiple payrolls (UK & EMEA)
* Managing a team of 4.
* CIPP level 5 minimum
Job Summary:
The Payroll Manager will oversee and manage the payroll function for approximately 1,450 employees across the nation. This role ensures the organisations fulfils its contractual, statutory, and legal obligations to employees, guaranteeing accurate and timely monthly payroll processing. The Payroll Manager will support and guide the implementation of changes in response to evolving business needs, including new technology and acquisitions. This includes designing and implementing effective systems and business processes through collaboration with various departments.
Key Qualifications:
1. Demonstrated expertise in Payroll Management, with experience in supervising individual contributors and teams.
2. CIPP qualified (minimum Level 5) and a member of the CIPP.
3. Proven ability to recruit and identify suitable team members.
4. Experience in training, coaching, and developing team members and colleagues.
