Internal Recruitment Manager – Salford Quays, Hybrid Working
Marlowe Fire & Security Group are the fastest growing fire & security business in the UK. We are currently looking to appoint a new Internal Recruitment Manager based out of our Salford Quays offices with the option for flexible hybrid working as required.
Basic Salary – £40,000

Role Overview:
The Internal Recruitment Manager will work closely with the Group HR Director to deliver comprehensive and effective recruitment activities in line with the ACE People Plan 2024 - 2027. This role will manage a small team of dedicated internal recruitment specialists to ensure comprehensive support within the recruitment process, delivering the full range of recruitment and onboarding activities to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create a Recruitment project plan to support the development of this growing function.
* Continuous review and development of recruitment process maps.
* Ensure excellent recruitment fulfilment including the management of all recruitment processes.
* Management of our Application Tracking System, Workable.
* Identify the best fit advertising avenues through Workable.
* Review the most effective selection processes.
* Management of headhunting activities for specialist and senior roles.
* Manage our Preferred Supplier List.
* Ongoing troubleshooting to identify challenges and areas of concern.
* Ensure adherence to equal opportunities legislation.
* Manage and report on key resourcing analytics.
* Work with the Learning and Development Manager to develop the onboarding process.
* Develop a robust Recruitment Policy.
Who We’re Looking For:
* Internal Recruitment experience is essential.
* Experience with the full inhouse recruitment process.
* Budget Management experience.
* Exposure to a complex business model.
* Experience of working in volume recruitment.
* Resilience.
* Experience with Workable ATS or similar.
* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
