The Education Network are currently working with a number of schools in North Tyneside and surrounding areas that require SEN (Special Educational Needs) Teaching Assistant to provide additional support to children's education. We are seeking experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to register with us and whether you are looking for day-to-day, short-term, or long-term supply work, we can offer flexible working hours to fit your work or personal commitments, with full-time or part-time opportunities available.
To be offered SEN Teaching Assistant work via The Education Network, our minimum requirements are:
1. Have recent experience working with children either in a school, nursery or in a child care facility (last 2 years)
2. Caring and nurturing attitude towards children
3. Full understanding of safeguarding procedures and child protection methods and responsibilities
4. Have a flexible and friendly approach
5. Be committed to providing engaging and exciting learning opportunities
6. Have a DBS on the update service or be prepared to request one via ourselves.
