About the Role: As the Head of Marketing, you will be the driving force behind the brand’s marketing strategy. You will lead a talented team, shape the brand’s narrative, and play a pivotal role in scaling their presence in the DTC wellness space. You will craft and execute innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with their target audience, drive customer acquisition, and boost brand loyalty. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our business goals, driving growth and brand recognition across all channels. Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Shape and strengthen the brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms, from social media to email marketing and beyond. Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and influencer partnerships, to maximize ROI. Utilize analytics and performance metrics to measure success, optimize campaigns, and inform future marketing strategies. Drive customer engagement and retention through targeted marketing initiatives, personalized campaigns, and a deep understanding of our audience’s needs. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing the impact of every dollar spent. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Service, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights to continually refine our marketing strategies. Qualifications: A wealth of marketing experience within a leadership role, preferably in ecommerce, retail, fashion, beauty, or wellness. Required Skills: Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies across multiple channels. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team towards achieving ambitious goals. Proficient in marketing analytics tools and platforms, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. A creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a deep understanding of brand storytelling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
