Job description
A well known university in central London is seeking to recruit an Interim Casework Manager to start as soon as possible to lead and manage a great team existing of 6 persons who cover Casework across the university.
£320 - £350/day pay rate inside IR35.
This is an important role for someone to come in and do whilst a permanent person is resourced for the role.
The position is working out of the wider Governance team. This is a role where you will be involved in day to day management of the team as well as being hands on with getting involved in work where needed. You should expect to be working on your own cases alongside managing this hard working team.
You must have strong experience of managing and a track record of managing complaints and academic appeals, therefore you will have previously working in Higher Education or Further Education in your career.
You will be working on some high profile cases so must be able to "hit the ground running" with your experience.
Importantly strong experience around academic appeals and handling complaints is essential for this role.
