Copello have partnered with our client in Defence Services, in the recruitment of a Service Desk Operator to support Incident Logging and Resolution elements of the Service Desk function and processes.
The successful candidate will take on the responsibility of providing first class customer service to all the businesses managed contracts.
This is a customer-focused role requiring the ability to identify and separate strategic, critical and important information and complex problems, therefore strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail are imperative.
In addition, you will have:
* A high level of customer service and the ability to manage expectations
* Strong IT knowledge of Microsoft Office & Fault Management software
* Ability to ask challenging questions to gain information
* Confidence to participate in group discussions
* Ability to confidently make sound decisions and communicate at all levels of the business
