This is a Hybrid role and will require a commitment to work one day per fortnight on-site in London and on occasion, other offices as necessary. All applicants must hold or be prepared to undergo National Security Vetting (NSV) Security Check (SC) level as a minimum.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
As a Senior Performance Analyst you will collaborate with the team to identify, implement, and validate the most suitable tools, (e.g. Splunk and Google Analytics/GA4, PowerBI, Qualtrics) following CGI’s performance measurement frameworks
Amongst others, some key responsibilities include:
• Identifying measures of service performance with key stakeholders and Product Manager
• Creating dashboards to display service analytics
• Implementing and validating appropriate analytics tools
• Collecting and extracting accurate and purpose-fit data. Working closely alongside developers to fine-tune data configurations through rigorous testing
• Employing stringent data analysis to craft compelling, evidence-based service dashboards that drive decision-making
• Maintaining the highest data and analysis standards by handling diverse data sets
• Championing analytics and support the enhancement of data literacy
• Offering digital perspective challenges and working in tandem with digital and analytical professions, particularly User Researchers, to deliver holistic insights
• Actively participating in Agile or SCRUM teams, contributing to projects or ongoing improvement initiatives
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Solid background in Technical Performance Analysis, with ability to apply core concepts effectively
• Google Analytics (ideally GA4)
• Splunk, PowerBI, Qualtrics
• Strong stakeholder management experience, varying levels of seniority
• Communication skills - Analysis and Insight in particular, with ability to tailor methods depending on audience
• Performance Measurement - Ability to engage in discussions to pinpoint appropriate performance measures, translating business needs into actionable metrics
• Analytical Insight - Proficiency in using various techniques for data analysis, offering actionable insights, presenting compelling findings and applying innovative solutions to complex challenges
• Data Verification and Validation - Competence in collecting, collating and preparing accurate data, with a strong focus on data preparation and cleansing
• Optimisation - Demonstrable ability to streamline processes and data analysis techniques for enhanced service design and delivery
