Reward Strategy Consultant Role:
• 39 hours, full-time position based in Handforth.
• Salary range £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.
• A 12-month fixed-term contract with an ASAP start date is available.
• The hybrid working arrangement offers a balance between on-site and remote work, with 2 days spent at the office and 3 days working from home.
Purpose of the Reward Strategy:
To develop and implement a reward strategy that supports colleague wellbeing and recognises contributions during challenging times. This involves designing programmes to enhance employee engagement and motivation while ensuring fairness and equity across all aspects of remuneration. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting a comprehensive strategy that aligns with business objectives and contributes to the overall success of the organisation.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyse market trends, competitor data, and internal compensation practices to inform reward decisions. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting thorough analyses to identify areas for improvement within existing reward structures;
Designing and implementing innovative reward programmes that drive engagement and retention;
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives;
Developing and maintaining open communication channels to keep stakeholders informed about reward initiatives;
Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory changes affecting rewards and benefits;
Maintaining accurate records and metrics to measure programme effectiveness;
