This role would suit an experienced HR professional who is already at a senior level or a HR Advisor looking to expand their career. Responsible for the full life cycle of an employee, including developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
Role Responsibilities
1. Formalise a communication strategy that best supports the business vision and operational goals.
2. Provide monthly HR reports to the Directors so that better informed decisions can be made.
3. Devise a resourcing, recruitment, and onboarding strategy to attract and retain high quality employees.
4. Encourage a work climate where employees feel they can learn, grow, and feel happy.
5. Working with the Directors, agree and drive through a reward and recognition strategy, including benchmarking of salaries.
6. Coach and develop the managers with the focus on continuous improvement and company profitability.
