Lead the work of coordinating the adult and community education provision of the Gwynedd and Mn Education Partnership ? Support the ESOL and Lifelong Learning Manager to market and promote the Community Education provision for Adults and to engage with community stakeholders, develop new networks and ensure that recruitment targets are met. ? Be responsible for coordinating the Gwynedd and Anglesey Community Education Network meetings. ? Be responsible for organizing engagement activities across Gwynedd and Anglesey. ? Be responsible for promoting courses and responding to social media requests, bilingually. Responding to the community's feedback in terms of formulating provision as required and requested. Main Duties Main Duties Engage with relevant individuals, groups, organisations, employers, other stakeholder partners and agencies to create and maintain external links and create demand for Adult Community Education courses Support the ESOL and Lifelong Learning Manager to identify and engage with community stakeholders who would be interested in accessing the provision. Provide support and guidance to other coordinators in the department Advise stakeholders, partners, community groups and individuals about the type of provision and opportunities available. Maintain electronic tracking systems of employer contacts including meetings, visits, activities and outcomes. Update the website and course listings as required. Update the website and course listings as required Ensure that client paperwork is fully completed in accordance with funding and audit requirements. Attend and contribute to other relevant internal and external meetings and communicate regularly and effectively with the ESOL and Lifelong Learning Manager and relevant staff members on key issues. Support, organize and represent the ESOL and Lifelong Learning manager in local stakeholder meetings and in other Adult Community Education activities. Coordinating short courses and taster sessions and liaising with representatives of community locations regarding risk assessments. Liaise closely with ESOL and Lifelong Learning staff to ensure that the team is fully aware of the needs of partner organizations and community groups. Use feedback and evaluation as appropriate to provide information and produce reports. Assist the ESOL and Lifelong Learning Manager to coordinate the marketing and public relations activities on behalf of the Community Education provision for Adults including, but not limited to, press releases, newsletters and social media. Create new and innovative models for engaging with community groups and organisations. Determine the most cost-effective methods of marketing the expertise and competence of the Community Education provision for Adults and implement the strategies once they have been agreed. Respond promptly to enquiries from potential learners/community stakeholders relating to courses from various sources and create lists of learners for the courses. Ensure that stakeholders follow the group's quality policy and monitor/record this in accordance with the group's requirements. Monitor the performance of external providers according to the agreements including funding, learner numbers and learner voice feedback. Develop and maintain community engagement methods including a website, newsletters and other digital methods. Other Duties 1. Be aware of all the relevant developments within the Adult Community Education sector in Wales in order to plan improvements in the future. 2. Networking with external agencies and knowing about Welsh Government initiatives so that there is awareness of other funding initiatives that would benefit partners, learners and GLlM. 3. Keep records of work carried out for internal and external audit checks. 4. Ensure all funding documents and records are maintained for audit purposes. 5. Identify personal development needs and undertake continuous professional development in accordance with the requirements of the job. 6.
