Perfect environment for someone eager to learn, ask questions, and grow. What They’re Looking For 1 to 2 years of experience with Java, Javascript, and web frontend technologies. Experience with SQL and relational databases. A curious mind and strong problem-solving skills: aka you enjoy figuring things out. Communication skills that help you engage with people and uncover what they really need. A degree in IT, Computer Science, or something equally analytical. An interest in growing your skills and getting into the finance sector. What You’ll Be Doing Building tools that visualise complex data for the finance team, helping them make smarter decisions. Creating clean, efficient web-based solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL. Talking to internal teams to understand their challenges and figuring out how to solve them. Designing reports and dashboards that bring data to life. Collaborating with a close-knit team, delivering in sprints, and sharing knowledge. Bonus Points For Solid SQL skills (especially with Microsoft SQL Server). Exposure to Microsoft’s .NET framework. Experience training users or working directly with customers.
