We are seeking a skilled Junior Estimator to join our team at Faircloth Construction Ltd.
The successful candidate will work closely with our project managers and quantity surveyors to prepare detailed estimates for construction projects.
As a Junior Estimator, you will be responsible for:
* Carrying out site visits to assess project requirements
* Preparing detailed estimates and quotations
* Collaborating with the project team to ensure accurate estimations
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers
A strong understanding of construction methods and materials is essential for this role. You should also have excellent communication and numerical skills.
