We are working with a outstanding private secondary school in Nottingham who are looking to secure a Facilities Manager to start in January 2025.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Manager to join their high-achieving Estates Team in delivering first-class facilities for their students to enjoy.
This role required the successful candidate to live in School accommodation; this comprises of a two-bedroom house where rent and utilities will be paid by the School.

Role
* Management of the Schools Ground team as well as responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the grounds.
* Estate includes 4 schools on-site, therefore you MUST be able to drive.
* FT role - 37.5 hours p/w plus an additional 180 hours (pro-rata evenings and weekends).
* MUST reside on-site in a two bed house. The accommodation is provided both rent and utility free.
* Previous Facilities Manager / Head Grounds Person experience essential.
