We're seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant Manager to join our team at Brighterkind. As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
* Review and update care plans to reflect changes in resident needs and preferences.
* Lead by example, promoting high standards of care among the care team and providing guidance and support when needed.
* Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
* Experience working in a healthcare environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
