Connect2SocialWork are looking for a Registered Manager to take the reins at one of their client's 3 bed children's homes located on the coast of Kent between Dover and Ramsgate.
The role is also open to a Deputy Manager who feels the time is right to step up into the role of Registered Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Hold a recognised social work or professional qualification relevant to working with children.
2. Min of 3 years management or supervisory experience gained in a residential setting in the past 5 years.
3. Comprehensive understanding on the needs of young people and children.
4. OFSTED experience with inspections etc.
WORKING HOURS:
1. 5 hours per week
2. On-call for Assistant Managers from time to time
3. Occasional shift cover, weekend and sleep shifts should the need arise
