Job Title: Marketing Manager Location: Brigg Reports to: Head of Commercial Job Overview: My client are seeking a dynamic, results-driven and all-rounder Marketing Manager to lead their marketing initiatives and drive growth across all channels. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic and creative marketing plans and campaigns in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This individual will oversee brand management, campaigns, trade shows and seminars, digital strategies, CRM, PR, social media strategies, manage a team, and collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals. Oversee the creation and execution of all marketing campaigns, including digital, print, email, social media, and event marketing. Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify new growth opportunities. Manage brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels, by adhering to brand guidelines. Lead and mentor a team, encouraging ideas and creativity. Collaborate with sales, commercial, and other teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives. Track and analyse campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations for optimisation to discuss with the marketing team. Oversee and implement the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources in line with company goals. Plan and execute trade shows, and sponsorships to increase brand visibility. Work closely with external agencies and suppliers to ensure high-quality marketing deliverables, including digital, PR, advertising and exhibition contractors. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 5 years of experience in a marketing role, with 2 years in a leadership/management position. Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SERP, CRM, CMS, social media, email, content). Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, etc.). Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines. Creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities. Experience in chemicals, gases, or related field.
